In-Stock Items

Products that are in stock and on hand at our facility ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once the shipment is processed.

Backorders, Out-of-Stock & Drop-Shipped Items

If an item is not currently in stock, is on backorder, or ships directly from the manufacturer, we will notify you by phone or email within 1–2 business days of your order. At that point you will have the option to wait, substitute, or cancel the order for a full refund. We do not charge for backordered items until they are ready to ship.

Fraud Prevention Hold

MOA Rifles uses fraud detection on all orders. If an order triggers a review — due to mismatched billing information, unusual activity, or other indicators — we reserve the right to hold the order until verification is complete. A member of our team will contact you by email and/or phone to confirm the purchase. Orders on hold will not ship until verification is resolved. We appreciate your patience; this process is in place to protect our customers.

Firearm Transfers

All firearms are shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of your choosing. It is your responsibility to provide a valid receiving FFL prior to shipment. MOA Rifles will not ship a firearm directly to an individual. Transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer are the buyer's responsibility. All shipments comply with federal regulations governing interstate firearm transfers.

Rifle Build Times

Custom-built rifles are not stock items. Production timelines depend on parts availability, chambering complexity, and current shop capacity. Most builds are completed in 4–8 months from deposit, though this can vary. For a current estimate on your specific build, call or email us directly — we are happy to give you an up-to-date status at any point in the process.

Shipping time for a completed rifle is separate from build time and follows the standard 1–2 business day window once the rifle has passed final inspection.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We ship via UPS and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Some oversized or high-value items may require signature confirmation.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours. Do not discard the original packaging — it is required for any freight claim.
