The Nano is Airlock's smallest suppressor — 4.625" long and 3.75 oz on any 5/8-24 muzzle. Sized for .224 and under: 5.56, .22-250, .204 Ruger, and similar varmint and hunting cartridges. At that weight it disappears on the end of a lightweight hunting rifle and doesn't shift your balance point.
Airlock uses additive manufacturing (3D printing) to build titanium baffles with internal geometries that aren't possible with traditional machining — optimizing gas flow paths for weight efficiency without giving up durability. All Zero Gravity suppressors are rated for semi-auto fire at up to 15 RPM, never exceeding 800°F.
5/8-24 direct thread. No endcap swap needed for most common .22 and .224 hosts.
